Add a drawn signature to a PDF

Before you start

A PDF you have permission to edit and a saved original copy.

Open the PDF editor and choose your document. Navigate to the correct page and zoom in until the target area is clear.

Draw the signature in the signature box, choose the ink colour and place the result beside the correct name or date.

Review the edited page, open the download dialog and save a separate file. Inspect the downloaded file rather than relying only on the preview.

Inspect the page, signature position and surrounding fields in the downloaded file.

A drawn signature image is not a certificate-backed digital signature. The source stores it for the current session only.
