Insert an image into a PDF

Before you start

A PDF you have permission to edit and a saved original copy.

Open the PDF editor and choose your document. Navigate to the correct page and zoom in until the target area is clear.

Choose a PNG or JPG, place it on the page and adjust its position and size. Preserve its proportions so the image does not look stretched.

Review the edited page, open the download dialog and save a separate file. Inspect the downloaded file rather than relying only on the preview.

Check transparency, crop boundaries and image sharpness after export.

A small source image does not gain real detail when enlarged.
