SHOWCASE / BRANDS & CAMPAIGNS

A product story, ready for its next scene.

Turn your real product references into a video continuation, then build a campaign plan and a clearly organised handover.

Prepare the sources and agree on the result

Choose one approved message, one intended audience and one destination before generating creative. Keep the opening video you own, your real website URL, brand references and a short description of what the product actually does. A strong reference board answers specific questions about the interface, product, colour and tone.

Plan which references matter most. HookBoy accepts up to ten uploaded images for the project, while an individual generation provider may support fewer images or particular formats. Keep a clean source of each reference and avoid screenshots containing customer data, session tokens or private dashboard details.

Bring these inputs

  • An opening video you have permission to reuse
  • Your website and up to ten product references
  • A campaign brief and approved message

1. HookBoy: ground the continuation in the real product

Bring the opening into HookBoy and trim it to the passage that should introduce the continuation. In the second tab, separate the website context, uploaded visual references and brand direction. Inspect the extracted branding: website colours and metadata are starting points, not a guarantee that every detected value is your approved brand.

Give each reference a purpose, then review the generated script and the actual request quote before starting video generation. Check the selected provider’s reference limit, requested duration, resolution and audio options. Review the resulting clip for factual product claims, legible interface details, spelling and transitions. Export only the take you approve.

2. Harness: give every creative a purpose

Carry the approved direction into a Harness campaign brief and explicitly upload or reference the creative assets the campaign needs. Keep the message, audience, call to action and destination clear. This handoff is a production decision; a shared Account does not create an automatic HookBoy-to-Harness publishing connection.

Review the proposed calendar slots and the creative attached to each one. Distinguish draft generation, approval and scheduling. A schedule is useful only when its date, time zone, destination and connected account are correct. Use a destination you are authorised to manage and review provider costs before starting additional paid work.

3. Dowe: make the final handover unmistakable

Upload approved exports and a concise delivery note to Dowe. Keep rejected takes and private product references out of the public handover. Name files by their role and intended placement so a recipient does not need to infer the latest version from a thumbnail.

Arrange the selected assets on a board or share the final file directly. Decide whether downloads are required and whether the link needs an expiry. Open the published result in the recipient view. Changing the working board later is not a substitute for issuing a reviewed replacement delivery.

Review the actual delivery

Compare the final creative with the real product. Look for invented screens, misleading outcomes, unsupported offers and colours that have drifted from the approved references. Review captions with sound off as well as watching with sound on. A visually polished result still needs a factual product review.

Confirm what each campaign slot is meant to achieve and who approves it. Keep the final asset, message and destination together in the delivery notes. A successful video-generation job does not establish that a social post was delivered; check the destination’s own publication status where publishing is used.

The finished set

  • A reviewed branded video continuation
  • Campaign slots with creative decisions and approved timing
  • A delivery board separating drafts from final files

Keep access and costs deliberate

AI generation can incur a paid provider charge. The action’s cost control identifies a fixed charge or a maximum quote for the specific operation. Check the maximum, any genuine discount and the available balance before confirming. A budget in a campaign brief does not itself authorise unlimited provider spending.

Extracted website context and reference images are inputs to the selected processing workflow. Supply only material you have permission to use. Keep provider credentials in the configured service and never put keys or account secrets into the creative brief.

Revise the right step and keep a recovery copy

If generation misses the product, tighten the brief and replace ambiguous references before spending on another attempt. Review a fresh quote when request parameters change. Do not keep submitting while an earlier provider job has an uncertain outcome; inspect its status and use the reported support reference if necessary.

If a schedule or handover is wrong, stop the affected work, correct the draft and review it again. Revoke an outdated Dowe share before issuing the replacement. Keep the approved creative and brief in an independent project archive.

Make your version of this workflow

Start with a small, representative set of your own sources. Complete one checked handoff before expanding the batch. Keep the output from each app clearly named so you can return to the right project when something changes.
